What’s the purpose of collecting personal information?
- iHealth provides users with data storage services for up to 6 years.
- The user can submit a request to delete data to iHealth customer service at any time, and we will delete the data immediately after receiving the request.
- The user can submit a data export request to the iHealth customer service before the expiration of the data service. We will send the exported data in the manner requested by the user (such as email, letter, etc.) within two weeks.
- After the data storage service expires, iHealth will physically delete the expired data.
